My first order was pie liqueur and the mash .
My second order was pies only .
However my next order will be returning to the normal three items ie pie mash and liqueur .Without the three items I feel it loses its magic .
I must add carefully by adding the boiling water to the liqueur it needs to be the correct flow and I need to take the mash more in line with the way I am use to , useing a wooden spoon and mix the mash from the block of your potato so it can be spread on the side of the plate. I must say I miss the atmosphere of the pie mash shop .
